Shipping Policy

What is the price of shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within India. However, for international orders under INR 25,000, there's a shipping fee of INR 1,000 per kilogram. Orders exceeding INR 25,000 are eligible for free shipping. Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight. For instance, the shoe box's weight will be considered 2.5 kilograms, while the actual weight of the pair of shoes is 700 grams.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please check the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. After your order has been shipped, it usually takes around 7-12 working days for domestic deliveries and 12-15 working days for international deliveries to reach you. If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments. While we aim to meet these delivery estimates, please be aware that there may be occasional delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed if there are any delays.

What options are available to me if there's a delay in dispatching my order?

If your order dispatch is delayed, we'll make every effort to ensure your products reach you within the estimated delivery time frame. Has my order been dispatched? Can I track its status?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number and the courier company handling your order for deliveries within India. You can begin tracking your package 24 hours after it's dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If we're unable to fulfill your order within 20 days due to any circumstances, it will be canceled. (Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival date—please refer to individual product information).
  • Express prepaid shipping orders typically take 7-12 business days.
  • International orders are shipped from our end within 12-15 working days.
  • Cash on delivery orders usually take 10-12 business days.


International customers are responsible for covering any customs and duties associated with their orders. Unfortunately, we're unable to predict these charges before or after you place an order. Additionally, we can't guarantee whether specific orders will require payment of additional fees, as this is beyond our control.

We only collect personal identification information from users who voluntarily provide it to us. Users have the option to decline supplying such information, although this may limit their participation in certain site-related activities.

  • To opt for self-collection upon order confirmation, please send an email to along with your order number.
  •  If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will ship it to the specified shipping address.
  •  Self-collection is available starting 1 day after the order is placed.


Cancellation is not possible for prepaid orders.


Please be aware that there might be certain circumstances under which we may need to cancel orders. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline or cancel any order for various reasons. Some instances that could lead to order cancellation include limited stock availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. Additionally, we might request further verification or information before proceeding with an order. If any part of your order is cancelled or if we require additional information, we will promptly notify you. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute LaceOn’s decision regarding cancellations and accept our final decision.


  • Delivery typically takes 8 business days. Please note that this time frame does not include payment verification and administrative processes.
  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery is traceable and fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • Upon delivery, the package will require a signature from either the customer or any resident at the specified address.
  • In the event that there's no one available to receive the package, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to two more times. They will contact you to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
  • Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a comprehensive message including the courier company's name and tracking number. It's your responsibility to follow up with the courier company for updates on your order's status and location. Only then can we assist you further with specific details.


Please note that we only process and pack orders during our operational hours. Our mailing team works from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
