  • Unworn shoes can be exchanged within three days from the delivery date for any valid reason.
  • Returns are solely accepted for damaged products or incorrect items received.

Return Procedure

  • In the case of valid exchange requests due to incorrect sizing or receipt of a defective item, we will offer a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
  • Upon approval and initiation of the exchange request, our delivery representative will retrieve the original item and subsequently deliver the new item at a later date.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in instances where the received item is damaged or incorrect.
  • In such scenarios, we can refund the amount paid within seven working days.
